Hello, I'm Karl, the proud proprietor of Exquisite Exterior Cleaning. My venture into the exterior cleaning business commenced in 2005 in Auckland, New Zealand. There, I honed my skills across various buildings, learning the intricacies of dealing with various moulds and dirt due to the local climate.


In 2013, my family’s move to the Central Coast, NSW, marked a new chapter where I secured my Australian High Risk-Work Licence, enabling me to undertake high-altitude work legally and safely. Since then, my focus has largely been on commercial properties, tackling jobs ranging from retail shopfronts to industrial sites with unwavering precision and care. My experience covers a wide array of surfaces, ensuring I deliver nothing short of an exquisite finish to every project, comprehensively cleaning without cutting corners.
